I'm Back and Ready to Honor Mothers and Grandmothers!

I'm excited to be "back in business" after maternity leave! And I'm even more excited to announce the birth of our sweet little boy (also known as my newest photo subject) into the world on March 9th. He's been fun to photograph, and I'm pretty sure he's already used to the camera. It was only a matter of time. :)

To kick off the "new year," Robyn Layne Photography is offering a special Mother's Day session called Mom & Me! As a mother myself I know what a true blessing it is to hold the title of Mommy. And I would love nothing more than to honor the mothers and grandmothers out there with the opportunity to have some portraits taken with your special children and grandchildren.

With the beautiful weather we've been experiencing I've decided to do this session outdoors. And to accommodate everyone, I'm offering two sessions--one in the Baton Rouge area (Saturday, April 24) and the other in the New Orleans area (Sunday, April 25). The actual places are to be determined next week, but they will be in a common area where we'll meet to have your pictures taken. For the Baton Rouge area I'm leaning toward the LSU campus. And in the New Orleans area I will take them at one of the parks in the area.
